turbo战队首秀，rocky强行下线，经费比电视剧足了很多，跳瀑布场面可以，可惜tommy和金没什么互动，7分吧

洛基强行下线，佐藤的声音让人出戏，turbopower从设定上感觉就不如zeopower,反派在潜水艇里，搞一堆汽车一看就打不了啊，大BOSS也很弱鸡，轻松搞定。
当年电视没放这部，导致没看懂剧情跳跃
