- 九七主權移交日子臨近，有人打算移民，有人要賺快錢， 《人肉速遞》的入境處職員受賄，協助賣淫集團安排馬來 籍女子入境。一場中學舊同學聚會，道盡當時大眾對前 景的焦慮，而廉署調查員（劉松仁）仍堅信廉潔社會的 必要，香港須帶頭做起。《珠芒》的廉署新丁 ( 曾華倩) 負責在社區推廣肅貪信息，與男友卻漸生矛盾，因男友 父親從前當差，對她工作有微言，男友上司更涉貪畏罪 輕生。但她對使命的熱誠和傻勁，終於感動了身邊的人。...
