- 救命啊，马伯庸写书可以，当编剧真的达咩啊。丝娟案原著类似于一个现在的田野调查，讲的徽州长达十多年的缴税纠纷，最精彩的就是各方势力如何为了少缴税而在争议中搅稀泥，如何维充分体现了劳动人民“会哭的孩子有奶吃”的智慧，以及大明的维稳逻辑，本质上还是吐槽大明的苛捐杂税让劳动人民不堪重负。因为解决过程和法律全然不沾边，就别提现代社会追求公平、正义了，男主帅嘉谟就是个发现问题+坚持上访的工具人，现在给马伯庸改成了“算呆子”，一个nerd形象，让人感觉怪怪的，开头就塑造人物，东拉一句，西扯一句，不进入主题，让我看的好着急，难道是我太心急了吗？😢...

- 除了开头大闹赌场有些程式化，结局太理想化，给主角的特写镜头太多，其他都蛮好。主题好，内容好，干巴巴的数字讲得清楚明白，案件陈述有法庭戏的精彩，配角都好。衣裳有布有葛，有丝有绸，层次分明。还有一点不足，室内植物配置不当，炒豇豆里出现了干辣椒，辣椒虽然万历年间已经进入中国，但成为食物还时日尚早；池塘边的石头缸里种了凤眼蓝，凤眼蓝原产巴西，1844年首现美国博览会，1901年台湾从日本引进，1930年被当作畜禽饲料引入我国内地。大明朝的子民不会在水缸里种“水葫芦”。
